Can LivingLedger help me stop losing things?

Can I use LivingLedger for storage bins?
Yes. Name each bin, scan items inside with a photo, review what AI finds, and search the contents later. Locations can be created up to 3 levels deep, such as Garage → Shelf → Bin. More in our storage bin guide.
Can I use LivingLedger for ADHD organization?
Yes. The app is designed to be simple, with no complex setup or required structure — it offloads the mental work of remembering where things are. LivingLedger is not a medical product and does not treat or diagnose any condition.
Can I track expiration dates?
Yes. LivingLedger includes structured expiration tracking. You can enable expiration dates for categories where expiration matters, such as pantry items, supplements, and household supplies.
Can I search my entire inventory?
Yes. Search is the primary way you use the app. Type any word and you'll see matching items with their locations.
How deep can locations go?
Locations can be created up to 3 levels deep, such as Garage → Shelf → Bin.
Can my family share an inventory?
Not yet. LivingLedger is single-user today, and shared household inventories are on the roadmap.
How much does LivingLedger cost?
LivingLedger has a Free plan with unlimited manual items and 50 lifetime AI scan credits. Each AI photo scan uses 1 credit. Pro unlocks unlimited AI scanning for personal household use. See full pricing.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export is currently handled by request. Email support@livingledger.net and we'll help provide a full export of your data. Self-serve export is on the roadmap.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your account and associated data yourself from the Account page in the app anytime. You may also email support@livingledger.net if you need help.
Is LivingLedger simple to use?
Yes. The app is built around three actions: add an item, give it a location, and search for it later. There is no complicated setup or required system.
Does it work offline?
Your inventory is available offline once you've signed in. You can add and edit items manually while offline — they'll sync automatically when you reconnect. AI scanning, photo uploads, and syncing across devices require an internet connection.
Where can I get LivingLedger?
LivingLedger is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and as a web app at inventory.livingledger.net that works on Android, desktop, and any modern browser.
Is my data private?
Yes. LivingLedger has no social features and no ads. Your inventory is stored securely with Firebase Auth and App Check. We do not sell your data. See our privacy policy.
