About LivingLedger

We built LivingLedger because we know how exhausting it feels to lose things you already own, rebuy duplicates, and carry the mental load of trying to remember where everything is. LivingLedger is a calm household inventory app designed to help you find what you own, remember where it belongs, and feel more in control of your home.

The honest reason this app exists is small and specific: too many trips to the store for things that were already in a bin in the garage. Too many drawers full of duplicates. Too many afternoons spent looking instead of doing.

What we believe

The best home inventory tool is one you actually keep using. That means it has to be:

• Simple. No complex setup. No "system" to design before you can add your first item.
• Calm. No streaks, no nagging, no gamification. The app is here when you need it.
• Private. No ads. No selling your data. No social features. Your inventory is yours.
• Honest. If you don't need Pro, the Free plan is genuinely useful — not a 7-day trial pretending to be free.

How LivingLedger is built

LivingLedger is available as a native iOS app and as a web app/PWA. Your inventory can sync across iPhone, iPad, Android Chrome, and modern desktop browsers when you use the same account.

LivingLedger uses Firebase for authentication, database storage, and saved item photos. App Check helps protect the app from abuse. AI scanning is powered by Google Gemini. Your inventory is private to your account, and LivingLedger does not sell your data or use ads. The full privacy policy covers the details.

What we don't do

• No ads.
• No selling or sharing your data.
• No social or sharing features that would push you to be public.
• No engagement traps. The app doesn't need you to open it daily.

Your account, your call
