How AI scan credits work

The Free plan includes 50 lifetime AI scan credits. Each AI photo scan uses 1 credit, and each photo can identify up to 10 items at once. Credits are a one-time lifetime allowance per account — they do not refill on any schedule.

Manual items are always unlimited, on every plan. If you want to inventory a whole garage, attic, or kitchen pantry in a single weekend, Pro unlocks unlimited AI scanning for personal household use, subject to fair-use limits.

Billing and refunds

Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe. iOS subscriptions use Apple In-App Purchase. You can cancel anytime through the platform where you subscribed and keep paid access until the end of your billing period.

Web subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. The Free plan includes AI scan credits so you can try the service before upgrading. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@livingledger.net. iOS App Store purchases are handled through Apple's refund process.

Why the launch price

The launch price ($3/mo or $30/year) is available for early users. If prices increase later, your launch rate stays active while your subscription remains active.
